Trenchless Sewer Pipe Replacement Using Cured In Place Pipe Lining (CIPP) in Greater Seattle

Transforming Sewer Repairs for a Cleaner, Greener Tomorrow

Strictly Sewers Inc. combines years of Cured In Place Pipe Lining (CIPP) expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional service to our customers in the greater Seattle area. One of our most innovative solutions is Trenchless Sewer Pipe Replacement using Cured In Place Pipe Lining (CIPP), a groundbreaking technique that makes sewer line repairs quicker, cleaner, and more efficient than ever before.

What is Cured In Place Pipe Lining (CIPP)?

CIPP is a state-of-the-art technology that allows us to repair and replace damaged sewers pipes without digging up your yard, driveway, or garden. This trenchless method involves inserting a fabric tube coated with special resin into the damaged pipe. The resin is then “cured” or hardened, creating a new pipe within the old one. The result is a seamless, jointless pipe that is more resilient than traditional materials, designed to last for decades, greater than 50 years.

Our CIPP Process

  • Initial Inspection: Our expert technicians will conduct a video inspection to assess the condition of your sewer line and determine if CIPP is the right solution for you.
  • Access Point: We will find the least intrusive location to gain access to your sewer line, then dig an approximate 3 foot by 4 foot wide hole.
  • Cleaning: The sewer line is cleaned using high-pressure water jets to remove any obstructions or residues.
  • Lining Installation: A custom-fitted, resin-coated liner is inserted into the existing sewer line.
  • Connections: We have a specialized robot cutter that can open up lateral connections (tie-in connections) back into the newly lined pipe which saves on not having to excavate at these points.
  • Curing: The resin is cured using latest Blue Light Equipment technology, forming a new, seamless pipe within the old one.
  • Final Inspection: We conduct another video inspection to ensure the liner is properly installed
  • Restoration: The access point is connected with new PVC pipe with a new exterior clean-out access point and your sewer system is now ready for use!

Why Choose CIPP?

  • Minimal Disruption: Traditional sewer line repairs require extensive excavation, disrupting your property and daily life. With CIPP, all we need is a single access point, preserving the aesthetics and integrity of your landscape.
  • Speed and Efficiency: Traditional methods can take several days or even weeks to complete. The CIPP process usually takes three days, getting your sewers system back to normal as quickly as possible.
  • Cost-Effective: By eliminating the need for heavy machinery and less laborious digging, CIPP can be a more cost-effective solution.
  • Quality and Durability: The new pipe created by the CIPP method is highly resistant to future cracks, leaks, and root intrusions, providing a long-lasting solution for your sewer line problems.
